Well there’s been a lot done since I last posted, basically all that is left now is the plaster, primer and trim. Been working hard the past couple of weeks trying to get things done, Dad left today and I can’t thank him enough for putting in the time to help me along with this and also showing me how it’s done. Great to have these opportunities and be able to learn so much.

I’ll post some pictures once it’s completed, Johnny is here this week so hopefully get someone in to finish up the plaster the first week of July.

Stay tuned..

Oh my, the framing in the basement is done.  Bathroom is starting to take shape, looks awesome.

Praise jebus!

Back at er next week, hopefully have all the gyprock done end of next and the flooring shortly thereafter.  Can’t wait!

So, it’s the long weekend and Dad and I are working on the basement. Hanging doors, putting in flooring, trim and tape, etc. Looking forward to finally getting the basement done, it’s been in a half-done state for FAR to long. Having the extra space will be excellent and moving the TV and such downstairs will be great.

Took advantage of Rona’s scratch and save this weekend, 3 different times at the checkout with 10% off each time but that’s really all I expected. Couldn’t get any more flooring though, showed up at the store 5 minutes to late and a couple ahead of us bought up everything I wanted.

Ah well…

You suck. Build a damn tower next to my house so I can get decent cell and data reception.

Thank you.

I must say, WordPress has really come a long way since I installed it way back when. It now supports built-in updating, which for anyone who has used the blogging software knows was always a pain in the ass due to theme and plugin incompatibilities between versions. It also supports online plugin installation, so no need to even download the plugins locally and upload them, you can do them all via their admin panel.

It’s turning out to be quite the slick little system, I’m very impressed to say the least.

It’s good, but it’s like when Slayer went punk, sortof…

what to do on a lazy sunday nite you ask? record terrible terrible solo’s over the best song evar!

who said boredom can’t be productive?

Just posted some pictures from Craig and Susan’s engagement party last month, with a guest appearance from the Stooves! In case your wondering, the Stooves are a lethal combination of the steeds (craig and jammer) and the hooves (craig and glen)

TOGETHER WE WILL CONQUER ALL THAT IS ROCK!

Well then, it’s been a very long time since i’ve updated my website but here it is. I am pretty fond of the color scheme/theme, thanks to WordPress user milo who designed it and posted it on themes.wordpress.org for all to use. Hopefully I can keep this updated more then once every 6 months, but you never know.

Enjoy!
